Most pump handles will fall out of the fuel intake on my coach - can't trust it to stay put. I just run the high speed pumps at the truck stops about half speed - still fills fairly fast, and listen for the backup of the fuel - I am usually holding the pump handle - not worth the mess it creates. Can usually only get in about 2-3 more gallons once it kicks off.
Like suggested, look inside the wheel area for the fuel filling line going to the tank and make sure it is not bent or have a kink in it - some reported that in past threads.

I think Gary is giving good advice.

I should have mentioned I have a 2021 Anthem which has a higher tank fill. I have never had a drop come out the passenger side when filling up at truck stops. Now if they could clean up the oily mess around the pumps! I could toss a pair of shoes just for fuel stops

I thought the point of having two different sides was so that you could approach the pumps from either direction, but then I saw a trucker put gas in from both sides at once. I've never tried that, because I didn't want to be on the driver's side pumping and leave the other side unattended. Has anyone done that before? As for venting by opening the other side, it seems like once you got the fuel going for a couple of minutes you could put the cap on the other side back on to prevent spilling out on that side. Am I missing something? TIA!

I did it all the time on my semi. My MH only has one fill. I always stay with my hands on the nozzle and hold the lever and never trust the auto shut off. Mine has the larger hole for the truck side however it can only take fuel at the lowest setting and I often stop for a few seconds every 30 seconds. The breather is right above the fill and I can hear it when it’s about to spout.

Semi have separate tanks on side, where a MH has only one tank. Filling it with two pumps may also create a venting problem as well. Too much fuel going in without enough air escaping. Also every MH has different tank venting setups. What may work for one coach, may not work for another as this post is stating. I have not had a venting problem on any of my Entegras, where others have.

I have found that if I hold the trigger handle of the pump nozzle horizontal and fill that way, my 2019 Cornerstone will take fuel full tilt. If I hold the trigger/handle vertical, then it takes fuel much slower.
Also, holding sideways is good until the second that it triggers-off and then I get a couple of drops spilling.
My fuel opening is in a low position in this 19
