Generator annual service afterwards ran 1 hour now will not crank

We are original owners 2018 Entegra Anthem 44b

We sent our coach to NIRVC Atlanta for our annual fluids/ filters service for our generator 346 hours and a set of new tires.

Also while our coach was at NIRVC we finally had them change the wiring on our side mounted cameras which had originally been wired in reverse when our coach was built.

When we received our coach back and moved back in we cranked generator. Generator ran on a short trip for about 1 hour under full load with all 3 rooftop ACS running

Two days later we needed to move to a new RV site

We attempted to crank generator

1st try generator cranked but killed out immediately
2nd try turned over
3 rd try turned over

We stopped for awhile and later that day tried one final time

Generator did nothing not even turn over.

After work today hubby will see if generator has any error codes….

Our brains are fried so please help remind us….
To get generator out we….

Have coach aired up or engine running ?

Thank you all for you help ,

Need to know what the battery voltage is when trying to start the coach. If it died, you have to press the stop switch one time and then it will flash a code. Long flash followed by short flash. I would start the engine and then hold the boost and try to start the genset. You says it's not even turning over now? Can you tell us what the house and chassis voltages both are before and after trying to start the coach?

House batteries currently are showing 13.4 for both Chassis and House

I didn’t check batteries yesterday at Vega Touch when we tried to crank the generator.

We asked NIRVC Atlanta if we needed to replace house batteries for age/time but they said not now.

Bobby NIRVC Nashville SM,

THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS AND HELP!!!!

We can’t thank you enough for helping us. Now that you helped us get fuel primed and Gen set cranked we are running for 15 minutes as you suggested.

Bobby had us go outside to the generator

Once at generator hold the Stop button for 30 seconds/you should hear a clicking which is fuel pump priming and then press Start. Generator fired right up. Bobby said run at least 15 minutes and hopefully we won’t have any further problems.
