Generator Coolant change

We have a 10KW generator on our 2017 Aspire. Went out yesterday to change out the coolant, as it hasn't been changed in 5 years. After pulling the coolant plug and draining it, the fill tube was still full. Has anyone had the issue where the fill tube stays full after draining the coolant?

Found the issue, the fill tube was crimped down inside the generator. about 6 inches from the radiator connection. There is too much hose so when they installed it, they pushed it down and then back to the coolant tank causing it to crimp.
