Please don't cancel reservations over this, I know how hard Entegra has worked to make this a success, we need to have as many owners as possible. I know we can work things out if we just practice the golden rule.
The chance to be in Montana and meet everyone is just to good to pass up IMHO.

I have the venturi because when I go to the NAS Campground in Keywest Fl the Navy requires us to use it.

The four of us and Eddie should all park together. I want in the middle so you guys on the edges can make the folks mad😄😄
Noel, I am counting on you being there! All us black sheep can be put together, safety in numbers! AND, my generator runs a LOT, I like cold air.

The last time I was in MT, I'd want the generator exhaust close to me to keep the bugs away.

LMAO
Genturi goes for about $150US ( about the cost of a decent meal for two ).
You bigshot Entegra owners would rather gas each other out, than pay that !!!!!

No that is not true. It is not the money. I don't have the tools or the know how to take off our current exhaust to put it on. And I don't boon dock so it would only get used once and I'd be carrying it around forever for nothing. I've been out here in the west now for 6 weeks - wind every afternoon - if that is the same in Montana, then none of us are going to get gassed even if we are sitting right at the exhaust. Anyway - that's my story!

You'll use it again .
Get an adapter and use it on your Aquahot, everywhere you go.

Wonder Why Entegra?
This is an interesting thread and raises a point on the use of a device that can enhance the enjoyment and safety of many people.
This has me wondering why Entegra and other brands do not incorporate a means to secure a gen venturi type device to the sidewalls of a motor home. This could be done with blind type bolt holes or simple brackets on the walls.
Hell, if they can put brackets on for hammocks and ladders etc. this would not be hard and does not have to be obtrusive.

You don't have to remove the old exhaust you simply attach it to your existing pipe with the adapter. Users of the genturi are are obviously showing consideration to the RVs around them while in dry camp. It's a matter of respecting others and their ability to enjoy their environment.

Lynn I'm with you. We don't boondock and we don't do rallies. ..that is normally. We agreed to this one because of Entegra family. I'm not carrying a genturi I'll never use again. It seems to me boondocking should be about solitude and not being 10 feet apart.

I've used my GenTuri when there was no one else within several hundred feet of me. The basic problem is that if there in not a good breeze blowing exhaust gas tends to puddle around the unit. The CO alarm goes off and one heeds it or chances a permanent nap. When I used it I was parked in on private land in an old orchard. Just enough brush to limit air flow so the alarm went off in about 10 minutes.
