I may be out to lunch, but I believe there is a register in the basement, and a line running to it somehow, that responds to the thermostat in the basement. I say this, having seen warmth in the basement, away from the AH, and noting what appears to be a warmth in the basement even when AH is not used upstairs. As it seems to work, I've never fully investigated. I'm talking about having the AH in electric only mode and using the upstairs fireplace, yet finding a level of warmth in the basement on a morning when it is mid-40s outside. As it worked, I generally don't try to figure out why other than reason it out. JMHO

Curt,
Entegra told my husband our zone two sensor is our thermostat in 1/2 bath. We leave our door ajar when not in use.

There is a heat register mid coach off the wall where the water pump is. There is also a vent in the wet bay which I believe is just a circulation pass through form the AH bay.

Karen,

Thanks. Mine cannot be the thermostat.

My bath 1/2 is cold (I left the window open on purpose)

My zone 2 reads 82 degrees.

its 40 outside today.

I have the heat turned up in zone 1 and 2.

On our DEQ we have sensors above passenger seat, left side bottom of hutch (just above vac intake) and right of bed.

Thanks Roy.

I am pretty sure (almost positive) my sensor is not inside the coach. Might be in the basement.

I have put in a request for assistance to CS.

Curt

I turned off the thermostat (no heat)

Opened the windows and let cold air come in the coach using the two Maxxair fans.

Now my thermostat indicate all 3 zones at 65 degrees

Zone 2 sensor must be inside the coach somewhere -- I have an idea -- standby by......

So we (my daughter and I) took my handy dandy heat gun and put some warm air on sensors 1 & 3. Sure enough they immediately rose in temperature.

We put the gun on the thermostat -- nothing no movement.

I wonder where that little rascal could be?

My zone 2 Sensor according to CS is most likely behind my fire place inside the wall and needs to be pulled out and mounted near the bathroom door.

CS is looking for a mobile tech that can perform the work and I will be sure to take photos of the work.
