They must be making the calls based on VIN numbers. I just got a call from them also. I am pretty sure we were to the left or right of your coach on the production line Don so it makes sense that we both got a call this morning.

I would agree. Brobox got his call today as well and his was a few weeks prior to ours.

I haven't received a call (yet?), but I did get a call shortly after taking delivery on our new rig asking about the sales/delivery experience.

I received a call about three weeks ago. The young lady wanted to know if there was anything Entegra could for me. I said give a 2016 even trade. No luck. I really thought they wanted to make sure I was happy. I must say this is amazing customer support.

Their service and attitude toward the customer is the best I've heard of and I'm sure this will pay off for them. I've had my coach just a short time compared to others on here but I've received a few of those call. VERY IMPRESSIVE

We got our call about 3 weeks ago, which was very nice, indeed. As this was our second Entegra, we always were pleasantly surprised when Joyce would call at least twice a year, just to say hello and to ask how we were and how things were going with the coach!

I got my call from Kelly today and I have had at least 2 follow up calls from Joyce and my dealer. What a difference from my previous coach and any RV I have ever owned for that matter. After a mostly trouble free 6 months of ownership Entegra is obviously focused on quality as well as customer service. They are making very difficult to even look at the Newmar and Foretravel websites when I'm day dreaming about an upgrade. If they add a steerable tag in 2017 I think I will clear my browser and go shopping…………….

What advantage do you see in a steerable tag? The concept is great but it brings with it some issues. In order to back up it needs to be locked since they don't want you to completely left it off the ground and with positive caster it won't track going backward if it is down or not lock. Have you looked how they lock these? Lot of stuff to make that happen.

Got A Call Today

I agree on the tag. I have had four tag axle coaches and a number of over the road trucks and I have never thought the steerable tag was worth the cost and increased complexity. Yes, it turns a very little shorter but I have found the tire scrubbing argument a non-issue. Of course the comfort drive is mostly gimmick to me and certainly not worth the cost. I know, Newell has both and if I were to spend close to 2 million for a coach it would have it but not something I want to spend money on. Many like those features and that's their choice, kind of why there are different options and brands. ALL JMHO 🚌🚓
