Hadley Air Leveling System Rocking Back and Forth

I just pulled my 2019 Cornerstone out of storage to take it to NIRVC Lewisville tomorrow for some warrantee work. While driving it to my house, I noticed that
the front of the coach was swaying left and then right. I could air periodically being vented from the Hadley air manifold. Got home and looked under the drivers side front where the Hadley is located and I could see the air bag being filled and then vented. It was like the fill valve was stuck in the open position and the Hadley control was trying to correct this by venting that port. I took the solenoid valve off the manifold that goes to the drivers front side air bag and checked it. All seemed to be OK.
Was opening and closing when energized with 12volts. Reinstalled the value and still no luck. Same thing began again. I called Spartan and the Tech suggested I power down the coach chassis breakers and remove the Hadley fuse. Then power up but this did not help. Still filling/venting that same airbag. All the other airbags appear to be working fine.
Anyone have any suggestions (even temporary fix) as I hate to drive 300 miles to NIRVC tomorrow with the coach swaying back and forth.

Sorry No.... I would think that Spartan would be in a position to tell you if the situation that you have is something that you should not be driving on or not. Never had that problem and seems like no one else has had it either (few responses).

I did have to have my Hadley air ride control manifold completely replaced about 6 months after purchase on my 19 C. Mine was just not letting the coach air up into ride height.... the front was too high and stayed too high all the time. It needed to be replaced. There was no rocking or cycling up or down.... just would not come into correct position.

When you get Spartan to commit to what you should do, please come back and tell the rest of us what you learned and what you did. Good luck.

Gary

Don, can you swap the suspect solenoid with one of the others. That should tell you if it’s in the manifold or the fill valve.
I had the center blow out of one solenoid and the whole front of the coach would drop then come up and repeat over again. Drove 40 miles with it doing that and was afraid to shut it off figuring I’d never get aired up enough to drive. Luckily it was the last 40 miles of a 600 mile day and we made it to our destination. Replaced the whole manifold.

Can you unplug the solenoid after the bag is aired up? In rereading your post I see you were going to day so think is a little late.

What was the solution or what did you do to get down the road?

I ran out of time trying to troubleshoot the issue.
Decided to drive to Lewisville from Austin with it swaying back and forth.
Got about half way there and the issue fixed itself. No more inflating and venting
the right side drivers air bag.
Got to NIRVC and of course they could not find anything wrong and the issue went
away. I hate intermittent problems.
Good news is I got all my other items taken care of and also installed a set of
Retrobands. Now my wife will ride in the coach again!
As always, the customer service at NIRVC was excellent! I will not go anywhere else for service.
