Hi Suzanne.
I experienced fairly severe hail damage in South Dakota last summer. Roof rails (transition aluminum from horizontal roof to vertical fiberglass sides) which are soft aluminum. Those looked like metal worked with a Ballpeen (sp?)hammer. Those were replaced at lots of insurance bucks. Major concern was damage to air conditioner fins, so all 3 AC units replaced. I would take a look at those for damage carefully. My coach was 3 months old so I pressed for new AC units. Repair shop can “comb” out the aluminum fins to keep ACs efficient but I got new units.
No side wall damage. Hail was probably vertical so side not bothered. If you have a few small dents on side wall (TV outside door) then those probably can be pulled by a dent puller .... you have to be careful to avoid having to repaint that area.
I know the coach is new to you, and if you bought from a dealer, then you should have been told about all that stuff up front. If you bought from an individual seller, then it usually is buyer beware. If you bought from a dealer who did not inform you, I would be calling them to find out why.
If you consider dent puller, go to an trusted body shop and ask for an estimate. They can do a remarkable job but it can take time.
