Handling issue & Perry Legend Columbia Mo.

As others have reported in past posts I too can praise the work done at Perry Legend in Columbia Mo. by Bill Rajewski and his crew. I experienced a handling issue with our 2014 Aspire since new and had alignments performed at two Service Centers which did not resolve the issue pryor to my trip to Perry Legend. Bill's saying is "I like to make problems go away" and with Bill it's not just words he backs it up with performance and won't quit till it's right. Our Aspire now handles better than our past coach which is something I wasn't able to say for the first several thousand miles. Thanks to Marc, Joyce and all at Entegra for not believing that it maybe just "My Perception" (as I was told after the first alignment") I am now looking forward to the drive rather than being glad we are there. Thank you to all that posted your experiences so I was able to find Bill Rajewski. Steve

So glad that you got your coach working as it should, Steve. What did they do to make right for you?

Bill took care of my first Tiffin in 07. I have sent several people to him since and from all accounts he's still doing a good job. Bill's a great guy but he's had a rough four or five years taking care of his wife who passed away with cancer last year.
Glad he got your handling problem taken care of. Noel

Bill corrected the ride height, steering gear box adjustment, timed the 90 degree drive box, increased and offset caster for road crown, adjusted thrust and scrub angles, swapped front tires. For the first time it now goes straight down the road without constant input to stay in my lane!
Noel yours was one of the posts that got me in touch with Bill so I thank you for that. Bill is a great guy and I am very sorry for what he and his wife went through but with him being a retired Marine he is doing as well as can be expected, moving forward and I wish him well. Thanks again Noel. Steve
