Happy Aspire owner
On May 5th we were introduced to our new coach at MHSRV!! We spent all day going over everything on our PBI. Had to replace a couple of lights and a complete Maxair fan. Adjust a drawer to stay closed. We were so very pleased to find so little wrong. MHSRV has a great facility with covered parking. They parked our old coach door to door so we could unload. Stayed to full days looking and inspecting. Then we left for Abilene to drive it some and spend some time close incase we needed to come back for service. Because we were under covered parking, I missed the Sat radio with a weak to no signal. IT has a bunch of sealer around it, so I suspect that needs to come off. Our Door has a little wind noise, did not notice until we drove in a 35 mph crosswind. (The coach handled great in the wind) I will work on that later. I will also be installing a wineguard Traveler dish soon. Do not like the inmotion one. I want HD!!!!! Finally to sum it up we drove 850 miles all total and arrived home.
WE ARE HAPPY CAMPERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Wind Noise suggestion
Congrats on your new baby. She's a beauty. With respect to the wind noise around the door, a few of us had the same concern last year. We were told to make sure you closed the door firmly (a.k.a. slam it)! It works. We also learned to make sure the coach is in Park before opening the door, that seal is pretty significant. Hope to see you on the road, travel safe.

Hi there happy campers! We will be picking up our 2014 Aspire 44B from MHSRV on the 23rd. Yippee! We will want Sat Radio AND HDTV as well. I take it that the system on the Aspire is not what's needed to get good HD? Yes, I am ignorant as this is our first motohome lol

You have to pick your service...Dish or direct. I have Dish and HD. I also upgraded to the Traveller antenna, as I didn't care for the In Motion antenna. TVs are HD so it is just a matter of service. Suggest you choose and buy your receivers, taking them with you to your delivery and get MHSRV to install them as part of your delivery. You should have Sirius XM for some period of time...already integrated with antenna on top.
You'll find a number of threads here that you want to read during the next couple of weeks. That will prepare you for the delivery.

To get Good HD, you need a traveler dish. MHSRV does not install the new dish. They have another company come do it. They charge retail for the antenna and $800 to install!!!! I bought a new DirectTV traveler for $1595. from Camping World. They will install for around 350. I could not get an appointment in the time I was there, so I am installing it myself. The coach is prewired for the Traveler, so not a bad job. I have the dish installed and wired, just have the controller left. CS has been a great help in finding all the hidden wires.

Just watched a demo installation video on Youtube. Looks fairly easy but they did not show how to connect the wiring to get it into the coach.

All the wiring is there. Just finding it if you do not no where to look. I can help you if you decide to do it. It is not a hard job at all.
