Gene I have to agree 100%. I have personally seen the new floor "anchoring" system, it is a lot more than spacers, they are also weights, and ends the Classic floor problems I have. I have also seen the new quality control station(s) and the number of people checking and double checking the entire coach. I would also like to see and hear of how a coach with a floor being mentioned could possibly even happen. Like noel said, I am sure one of the upper management would want to see that coach in person, if it exists.
Now, if someone wants to see a bad floor, come look at mine.

Entegra learned how to improve floor installation and I don't think you will ever see this happen again. The nice part, my floor will be fixed in July....most tiles started come loose in the second year of ownership, still under warranty
