That panel on your ‘04 Travel Supreme isn’t that different in shape from the same panel on our ‘17 Aspire.
I could visualize getting a blank panel, moving the headlight switches up a bit to make room for that control panel. What are the approximate dimensions of the control panel?
What happens to the Equalizer system when you install Active Air? Does it remain, or get scrapped?
Thanks,
-Matt

Has anyone had HWH Active Air put on their Anthem?
[ATTACH]
I opted to have ours installed on the pedestal in place of the front left cup holder. For me it’s much easier to get to while driving.

Pretty amazing to see it installed and then all of adjustments and testing for fine tuning.

I don't think my rig would need an add'l air tank due to already having 6 tanks, one of which is divided so seven tanks. Already have an aux air pump for the leveling system but it might not have the volume required.

Matt, the HWH Active Air system in integrated into the Equalizer System. You can still utilize the Equalizer System for it's intended functions other than dumping the air from the air bags. That is now controlled thru the Active Air system. Air is supplied back to the air bags by pressing the Travel button on the Active Air control panel. Once the red light extinguishes the air bags are full and you are at ride height.
One other item that is now controlled thru the Active Air system is the Tag Dump function. The rocker switch for that is no longer functional after install.
This is how our control panel is installed and like Mark posted, this is a very user friendly position.
Hope this helps, Brian

Brian, thanks.
I didn’t know the tag switch lost its functionality, but that makes sense.
Is there an equivalent to Auto and Hold with the HWH system?
I really need to stop reading this forum.

Sorry Matt, I just saw your question.
There is a button marked TAG on page 1 of the LCD control panel. If under 10 MPH you can select this feature and the air is released in the air bags, typically down to 25 PSI. The tag axle will remain in that state until you press the TAG button again or exceed 10 MPH.
There is an "Auto" type function if you are referring to the tag dumping when reverse is selected. You can also disable this by pushing the TAG DUMP REVERSE button on page 2 of the LCD control screen. If the park brake is set the tag will return to the travel position, i.e. bags will refill.
Not sure what you referring to in regards to a Hold function?
Hope this helps, Brian

Here is a shot of both panels. As has been said, it works alongside the equalizer system and air dump is moved to active air panel.

I second or third those quit reading comments; we are booked for install on our return trip from Sturgis this summer.
Really looking forward to the install and added handling performance.
Thanks for the pictures and great information.

Congratulations Rick, you won’t regret it!
You’ll need to make a few decisions once you get there regarding equipment location. If you’d like to discuss them feel free to PM me and I’ll give you my phone number.
Mark

If you are going to be at Summerfest this year in Spearfish, SD ... there will be a couple of us attending that have had it installed. Feel free to look us up. I will have had it only for about a month ... but will be happy to show it to you if you want.

Reading about it isn't tempting enough; now we get to see it up close. :-)
I will be at Summerfest, and would like to see it.
Thanks!

I know the following are going to be at Spearfish for Summerfest - BrianW8602 (Brian & Julie) and MxChief66-1 (Mark & Deanna). Both of them have a lot of hours with the system and have helped answer my questions! We are coming in a day early - Saturday July 21st and staying until Friday July 27th. We will be in site 68, I think.
We will also be at the FMCA Gillette, WY rally and parking with the Entegra group in the 50 amp sites. So .... looking forward to meeting y'all and hopefully have as much good stuff to say about the system as Brian and Mark! Lynn

Thanks Debbie for the offer. Will not be in for Summerfest but will be going to the Homecoming in May. Hopefully will run into someone with the HWH installed.
Have a great evening.
