Heated floor
Sorry, I'm not doing well with search engine as I'm sure this has come up before.
Are the floors heated electrically or with fluid lines from Aqua Hot? If the latter does that require diesel burner to be running?

If you talking about Entegra it's from the Aqua Hot.

well hes got a tiffin so one assumes its a tiffin from the little I know phaetons don't have that option and I believe that the first ones were electric and the later ones AH which can be run on 120V or diesel. Diesel of course being much more efficient in cooler weather.I see its a 2015 and maybe the Phaeton now offers that and of which will be Aqua Hot system

Sorry for an incomplete question...I am researching an Entegra 2017 Aspire.
So from AquaHot, can floors be heated with AH in electric mode or does it require diesel burner?

Ether electric or the diesel burner. The diesel burner will be the most effective do to its much greater btu capacity.

LOL had me fooled for sure one assumes if the AH runs on 120V then the floor heat will work as such

My understanding is that the floors with the LPAH are hydronic, not electric. The 17 aspire has the diesel AH which should also be hydronic, no?

I wonder how they would have two separate system and why? isolating the floor heat for lpg only and regular heat for lpg/120V would be pretty extensive
and frankly not make sense to me in both cost and complication
iam not saying they don't do it that way just looking at it to me as said makes no sense

We looked at an Allegro Bus (2016) earlier this year and were told by the salesperson that the floor heat was electric (not hydronic) even though the coach had aquahot.
In the Entegra we have the floor heat is hydronic with the hydronics being heated by electric, Aquahot, or both. We have used the floor heat frequently, turned on electric only, set at 1, and it will keep the entire coach warm if it is not below 40-45 outside.

The Aqua Hot system has two heat sources the Diesel burner and electric. Both heat the heat exchanger that the boiler fluid flows through the various zones and the floor heat is one of the zones. The Aqua Hot also provides the heat for the hot water.

yes Iam more than well aware of how the systems work as I own one and have worked on plenty
someone suggested the floor heat was fuel fired only; all I opined was I did not believe so as this would be a expensive complicated system and made no sense to me .as said I know full well how AH systems work
