Heater hoses

I believe I have a heater hose leaking up front somewhere...has anyone had an issue with a leaking Heater hose? Customer service thinks a complete set of hoses has to be run to the front since the originals are buried in the frame rail not allowing the leak to be located or the hoses accessed. This is on an Anthem 42RBQ

Where is it leaking? Getting to the front part of the heat hoses are not that hard. There was a post about a leaking heater core a few weeks ago, is yours leaking in that area? http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/bad-...re-369380.html

Getting to the front heater hoses are right inside the frame. The black hoses next to the bright green hoses that had to be spliced on my coach are the heater hoses.
I wouldn't be ready to pull all new hoses until the leak is located.

Have not been able to locate the leak yet...looks like it is it s dripping on top of fuel tank and then working it's way done to the frame rail....or leaking into the frame rail and the wet tank is caused by spreading fluid while driving....two visits to shop and they advised dropping fuel tank which they don't want to do...recomended a trip to factory.
Bottom line is that we are still searching for leak.

..not familiar with your rig's design but I have had to replace several HWH hoses over the years. Have heard of owners getting old hoses out of the frame rail but it sounds like a major effort. I decided to abandon the old hoses in place and rerouted new ones along the rail/frame. If you could determine that the leak is in fact "hidden" in the frame or around the fuel tank, etc, then I think rerouting new hose[s] is the better option to me....
