This might help. Here is a list with prices, your area may be different. Lots of good input here. http://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/curr...em-189038.html

Most of the question you have can be found using the search function at the top of the page. Lot's to learn, but it's fun doing so. I'll get back with you on the PM in the morning.

Welcome to the Entegra family.

Try Brown and Brown Ins in Fla. They only do RVs and put you with a good company. We've been happy with them.
We love Passport America. If you travel a lot, you will get the annual fee back in two nights.

We have a 44U and we really enjoy it. You are going to love yours.

As far as insurance, try Allied Insurance at 800-282-1446.

give blue sky rv insurance a look. havn't filed a claim with them yet
(had them for over a year now)
so i cant give you any feedback on that side of the service

rates are good, the website is easy to navigate your account.
and they don't constantly try to sell you something (aditional services, club discounts. campground memberships)

On the insurance...suggest you use the same company your cars are insured with.

I had a friend who had a fifth wheel insured by one company and a pickup truck insured with a different company. He was driving in deep snow and the trailer came around him and had a pretty good wreck. He had a time of it trying to get the two different companies to decide who was going to pay what.

We use Good Sam and KOA, they pay for themselves in short order. I'm not a fan of Passport America.

I use Google Maps to find RV parks/campgrounds along our intended routes. I then use the satellite view to check out the campsite.

Need help with where to find insurance. Attached a list below that will have all of the RV insurance carriers to get quotes from for where you live
Which discount clubs to go with ie (Goodsam or Passport America). Both are good to have, the others are mostly copy cats. KOA if you travel with kids, but most parks are not of good quality.
The best travel apps. including campsite and boondocking locations. RV Parky is a great free app for Android and a buck or 2 for Apple. An excellent app, even shows Walmarts with free parking.
Must haves for the coach? Too many to list, but spare fuel filters and a wrench to change them with is a must. A tool box with normal tool for emergency repairs
Thank you everyone in advance for all your help!
Hope the arrival of the new coach will be everything you wanted and then some. Welcome aboard.

Besides this irv2 app, my other favorite Rv apps are:

Size:	576.8 KB

And my Rv insurance is through farm bureau, which also does my sticks&bricks and cars, so I get additional discounts.

We had good results from Gilbert RV Insurance, best rate I could find at the time (2010). We still have them.

All Stays is a helpful app.

"Big Rigs Best Bets" is a good publication to have handy for your 44U. They have an online version

"Exit Now" is another publication that provides useful information. Every exit off interstate highways is listed with gas stations, restaurants and RV friendly facilities. There is an app "iExit" that provides similar information.

RV Park reviews is helpful in making informed decisions.

If you are a member of Good Sam's, they have a trip planner on their website (no app) that will keep a record of all your trips and stops, along with mileage between stops, etc. It is RV related, so has all kinds of searchable topics. Also has RV warnings along your chosen route. I've learned to make it a part of our trip planning.
