Help! Blinds won't respond

I have a '14 Cornerstone. Boondocking the batteries got low last night. Am all plugged in now, but none of the blinds will go up or down. How do I reset the system?

Thanks!

Turn the 12v master switch off at the front door or drivers side console for 30 seconds.

I came across something interesting in the MCD shade owners manual on low voltage conditions that I thought I would share. See page 15 attached. The entire manual was too large to upload.

Did the reset work, or are you still in the dark? The answer might help someone else with the same problem.

Still in the dark

Did not work. Still in the dark.

I turned off the main power switch over on the driver side console and let it remain off for a minute or so. Then turned it on and tried again. It did not work. Also the controls for the shade on the driver side console did also not move the shades nor does trying it from the ipad.

Is their a unit somewhere that I can reset ?

The power off resets the Firefly system. I don't know if there is a fuse in the bathroom cabinet, but I would check and see.

Fixed

Fixed. It was a blown 15 amp fuse in the bathroom cabinet.

Help! Blinds won't respond

Whenever a fuse blows, my first question is "why?". It almost always blows again.
Then the easter egg hunt begins!

If the batteries were allowed to run down the voltage will drop. As the voltage drops, the amperage increases because all loads are rated in wattage. That's most likely what blew the fuse.
