If the picture of the RO is current you might want to replace all three of those filters at the same time. The pre filter (clear housing) is pretty far past due a replacement. Get them all at one time.

Hidden mesh screens?

On my '18 Anthem, I was having a mystery flow restriction that changing filters didn't fix. It turned out the brass elbow where the hub of the hose reel connected to the coach water system has a fine mesh screen in it that was nearly plugged by sediment. This is before it gets to the filter. I recommend following as much of the water supply system as you can to see if you might have a similar issue. Good luck.

That's an RO system. I hope that pump is only for the drinking faucet, and you have another pump for the shower. You're never going to feed a whole house system with any kind of pressure / flow from that pump with those little bitty water lines.
