Help Please - Aqua Hot Service, No aquahot
We had our coach serviced recently at a very reputable dealer and when we picked it up the heat worked but the hot water side did not. The tech unplugged the stir pump and plugged it back in and the hot water side worked then.
We left the dealership and when we landed for the night no aqua hot on either side. The burner will not light. I got it to light once but it turned itself off after a few minutes. Anybody have any ideas on something annot too mechanical person might check? Thank Guys

The Aqua Hot is a year old, don't know how much it's been used, but I have seen posts that others have had that problem and the annual service corrected it. Has yours been serviced with a new fuel nozzle, igniter adjustment and fuel filter yet?
Any red light on the Aqua Hot panel in the basement above the Aqua Hot?

Something doesn't track right here. You mention that the heat worked but the hot water did not. There was NO hot water, or no continuous hot water? Even with a bad stir pump, there should be a couple of gallons of hot water. I have not heard of a stir pump being revived by plugging & unplugging.
Now the burner won't ignite at all? Are these separate problems? Does it seem to work on electric?
Chuck has the best advice, you need to look at the LED lights on the AquaHot panel.
Here is a link to the AquaHot service manual that may be useful.

Also look up Roger Berke's online Aqua-Hot forum. Roger is the Aqua-Hot guru, and if you don't find anything on his site that addresses your problem, you can post your question there and will likely get some useful pointers.
I had some AH issues last year that started with a lack of annual servicing and too long without firing up the burner, then the guy who serviced it didn't screw on the new burner tip securely. But the good news was that we found we could get by (though barely) with only the electric element working, though it wasn't during very cold weather.
As others said above, check the indicator lights on the Aqua-Hot board, and refer to the manual, that should help define the issue.

If you turn on the burner and the light extinguishes after a few seconds, you need an annual service.
Sounds like you need to contact the servicing dealer.

Sorry guys, I didn’t make it clear. The service included the annual AH service. It worked great prior to the service.

I would look at the burner assemble not put back right or the nozzle not tightened. Page 46 for the instructions. http://www.aquahot.com/files/service...nual_REV_E.pdf
Have you talked to the service person?

Thanks guys, I’ll check it out this afternoon using Chucks link. It’s confusing because when we arrived at the dealership to spend the night before heading out the next day they had the coach all set up, nice and toasty inside via AH, we did not notice no hot water until next morning. They went back into it and thought it was the stir pump. Got it working and we left with hot water working great. So the burner was working fine. That night no diesel heat or water.

That Roger Berke forum is an excellent resource. He is always quick to respond to questions and you have access to the troubleshooting guides with a premium membership. If you have any inclination to take the time and effort to do some work yourself his resources for aqua hot are a must.
