We have the RBQ and love then bath and a half. It was a requirement during our search for all the reasons previously mentioned.
Its a good choice.

This thread is a little bit like asking which is the better color, blue or green. The better color, or floorplan, is whichever pleases you the most.

Floorplan
Depends on how you plan to use it. We recently stayed in the Gulf Coast for a month and experienced a lot of bad weather which necessitated quite a bit of "indoor time"! The additional floor space came in handy and we didn't miss an additional bath at all.

It would be interesting to see how much "actual" additional floor plan one achieves by eliminating the half bath. During our search for a coach it was apparent that in most cases the single bathroom was larger than the main bath when there was a half bath present. In most cases I suspect the gain is less than 15 square feet.

Regardless of what it is the DW and I only take up about 4sq feet at a time. The rest of the space is for ducking if she throws something at me. . Noel

Just my observation.... the main bath in our 1.5 bath Entegra is as large as the single rear main bath except for a singe sink vs a double sink. The sq footage came from the living area. Again, just how people use their MH as to preference. We are summer travelers......outside more than in when we travel.
