Hot water is not constant in shower?

With the AquaHot running it is providing hot water to all fixtures in the coach and never runs out of the hot water. But, when I turn on the shower, it provides hot water for only 45 seconds or so and then the water starts to turn to luke warm. What is the reason for this? I have moved the slides in and out and checked the water and it is the same. Any ideas as to why I cannot receive constant hot water from this shower location. Thanks.....

If you have an outside shower check to see if someone has left the valves turn on, they will cause what you are describing. Had that happen to me spent many days with luke warm showers.

Also make sure you have the burner on and not just the electric. PJ told us to
Make sure to turn on the burner at least 30 minutes before a shower. Been doing that and have had no more cool showers.

You don't indicate if you are a new owner or iff this is a new occurrence. There are a number of threads that have addressed this condition. First, you don't have to turn on for 30 minutes...just run hot water in the lavatory for about 3-5 minutes and this will get the AH diesel (or propane) burner going. I've found that if you don't set your hot water adjustment to the hottest point on the handle, the hot water won't last. Then the next easiest is to pull out the scald control in the shower handle (to get to it, use an Allen wrench on the bottom of the handle to open the handle up; you should then see a red scald or click it to the left counterclockwise; some have removed it). The next easiest is to adjust the mixing valve to a warmer setting...see the AH manual for Mixing Valve.

To offer more, need to know propane or diesel. Could be a pump issue.

Don

Your profile didn't say. Do you have an Aspire with LP Aqua Hot or a Anthem/Cornerstone with the Diesel Aqua Hot? If you have a propane unit the problem you describe is not unique and there is a fix for it.
