The 120V does not have a pressure switch, that I am aware of..... There is a limit switch that trips on over temperature, it is one of the rubber plug microswitches on the face of the unit (behind the exterior access panel). The other one is the 12V temp over limit switch to cut 12V. I assume you have pushed that over limit button (or both) to reset. It is inline from the line source before the 120V (1400W) electric element.
PS - there is an electric element switch on the face of the heater as well - check to make sure it is in the "on" position - it is located on the bottom left of the picture attached behind the gas line pig tail (rocker switch). Some units do not have this rocker switch, not sure of your specific model. It is there to ensure the element is not energized while water heater is empty - otherwise the element will "burn out" if energized in air (i.e. water heater empty). It is good practise to shut this switch "off" when draining the heater and removing anode for winterization.

Having had that same HW heater in my Travel Supreme......check the 110 heating element for continuity first. They can blow just like a light bulb. If it is the element, they are available at Lowe's and Home Depot for about 1/2 price of an RV store. They are the same Camco brand as RV dealers sell. You will also need a large heating element wrench if that is the problem. I have 2 as I never remembered to carry one
One thing to add, the elements will go bad from bad water conditions or the HW heater not being flushed annually.

Has this heater worked on elect before? Could be you have two switches to turn on the electric water heater element-check for a switch in the kitchen....

Where are you checking that? Have you cycled the circuit HW heater breaker? Also check any ground fault breakers. The HW heater should be on a "wet" protected circuit.
As I remember, there was a lighted 110v light switch for the HW heater in the Travel Supreme, is it the same way in the Entegra?

Brian also gave excellent help with the common overload and switch off situation.

According to page 11 figure 11 the relay you are looking for is just before the electric switch in the HW heater. http://tnt.rvia.org/unipop.cfm?v=3&oid=1476
Like you, I don't recall a location of a relay. Might have to call Suburban on that one.
My problems have always been fixed with the reset buttons, replacing electric heating elements and one tank thermostat.

There is a reset switch right by the electric element. There will be a white tongue sticking out just push it back it to reset. It is hard to see and is in the little cavity by the electric element.

Airetop again. Thanks guys for all your helpful ideas . I finely pulled the heater and found a junction box on the top left side near front . There was a broken wire burnt off in a wire nut.i repaired it with crimping wire ends on all terminals. Thanks again ken
