Those BTS sensors both look fine.

On your bottom battery bank can you tell me where each large positive and negative cable run to? From which battery to which location. One of the large positive cables will run to a large (about 6” long) plastic covered fuse on the back wall and one will run to the upper left corner of the back wall. For the negative cables (2) one will come from the back upper left corner and one will go to a ground stud on the back wall.

Need to know the relationship of which battery in that tray has which cable where (needed for all 4 listed cables as to battery position ie. front left back right etc).

Don... I am pretty sure the loose connections are my issue..
Makes total sense as to why I just experienced this with my batteries this weekend and just last week I topped them off with water and simply didn’t re tighten some of the connections.( I find myself in these kinds of errors all the time .. ha ha)
I have to loosen a few of them to open the caps to fill..I simply didn’t re tighten them..
I will do some further testing now and let you know if something still seems wrong...
Thanks for your input and willing to help me..
And others who responded...

And btw if you wouldn’t of asked for the photo I probably would of never found these loose connections and would have $2,000 dollars worth of batteries coming to my door step I really didn’t need::: thanks again

Your welcome. Just to make sure everything is as well balanced as it can be knowing where the 4 cables run on the bottom batteries would be a benefit.

For example if the positive cable on the front right battery runs back to the inverter fuse then on the back left battery you want to see the negative cable run up to the back top left corner (inverter negative cable). This way the inverter draw goes through all 4 batteries. Same for the positive 12v house cable. If it runs from the front left battery to the back wall 120 amp square fuse then you want to see the negative cable from the back right battery go to the ground stud on the back wall.

Just as a suggestion, and if they fit, install an auto fill on those hard to get to caps. $70. end of further problems. Been there with the Travel Supreme.
