By duration do you mean, how long they should last before they need to be replaced? Or do you mean how long will the charge last?
Yes, if you have room you can add batteries.

I have a friend who has a 2019 Emblem. He has 2- 6 volt battery's. IIRC, they were 200ah battery's. They were an off-brand that I had never heard of. Also, I believe he has room to add 2 more, but my memory made not be accurate on this one.
