You can talk to any person in CS and they will work sending the part. If they have it in stock, shouldn't take more than 5-7 days. If it is a critical breakdown part, they have gone to the production line and copped the part off an existing coach or floor parts, to be backfilled.
If it is a part that they must go to an OEM to get, like shade motors, the OEM ships to Jayco, Jayco moves to the Entegra Parts office, who notifies CS who then sends it out to you. Time is very dependent on the OEM responsiveness, somewhat complicated by the way the parts come to Jayco and travel through their system.
JMHO, OEM usually going to take 2-3 weeks at best...but if it is a critical part, they'll make it happen...e.g.when I had a DS Slide motor go out, the CS guys went to the line, retrieved one from there and sent next day express.
