How many miles between oil (and filter ) changes
Just wondering how many miles people are travelling between changes. I paid around 1k for my last oil change and am going to stretch my changes to 12,500 miles. Not like these engines are working hard.

If I remember correctly, the book said 15000 miles or one year.
$1000.00 for an oil change seems high to me.

I have had good luck with oil lube at Speedco for around $200.00 including oil filter and one fuel filter. Might check your location to see if they are available. They do it while you wait.

X2 on Speedco. And, they welcome you in the service bay as they do the work. Once you are in their computer system, they have your information at any location you stop for service. You can also get an on-the-spot oil analysis to monitor your engine wear and hopefully catch a problem before a failure.

15K or once per year, $1000 service? I hope you got a kiss.
Speedco like mentioned above is the way to go for service while you wait, just like the service OTR truckers get.
Good day

Bob,
This suggestion may not be your "cup of tea", nor that of many others on this board... and I certainly respect that. BUT, it is surprising how easy it is to change the oil and filters on these big rigs. Part of the ease is that MOST of the time, everything is very easy to reach, owing to how large the motor is and how spacious the engine compartment and undercarriage is.
CERTAINLY, one MUST take all safety precautions: Level ground, chocked wheels, heavy duty jack stands (NOT the ones for automobiles). And NEVER rely on the kick-down leveling jacks, air bags or any other on-board system to support that rig.
Yes, you can use your jacks to make the original lift, but then you MUST use the appropriately sized SOLID jack stands (not hydraulic) to carry the lowered and resting weight and keep you safe.
Unless you are disciplined and knowledgeable enough to employ ALL of these safety procedures, NEVER GET UNDER YOUR RIG. It CAN kill you.
For waaaaay less than one oil change @ $1000.00 everything you need can be easily purchased. ...And for a couple of those $200.00 oil changes, the same thing applies, although that is a really good deal and I would certainly want to be in the service bay having a look-see at the soft underbelly of my rig.
I find that getting under my rig to do oil and filter changes at intervals gives me the opportunity to give it a thorough looking over... And I KNOW for sure that the job has been done right. ...Again, not for everyone, but surprisingly easily done. To each his own.

Yes they do!
They use all of the correct oil and filters (truckers DO care) and they even have you witness torquing of the drain plug.
At Speedo, they do the oil, filter, both fuel filters, chassis lube, and oil test for $230 on my rig. 40 minutes and I'm on my way!
We are fulltime. No DIY for us anymore.
Gen set with oil, filter, fuel filter is about $50.

My owners manual calls for the oil change at 15,000. I will have about 12,000 when I head home and will stop at Speedco to have fresh oil before winter storage. After the first oil change, I will do my own to be able to inspect the coach from the bottom side once a year.

15,000 miles for the oil change interval on my Spartan material.
And $1,000 for oil change, filters, and chassis lube is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!
As other have said, Speedco will do it for between $200 - $300 and do it in about an hour while you wait if there are not a bunch of semis in line in front of you. My local Speedco has 4 bays and they can fill all four bays simultaneously. They put Baldwin filters on the engine and not Fleetguard, and they sometimes don't have the same filter (for example, they have a Baldwin fuel filter with a water bleed stopcock on bottom, but on my Dynasty, it had a clear bowl on the bottom so you could also visually see the water accumulate), and if you want the visual bowl filter, then you have to take that yourself. They will also do an Onan generator lube/oil for $65.00 locally but might not have the right oil filter and you have to take it. They are not everywhere, but I am lucky to have one right on I-20 near Shreveport, LA and that is where I always get my lubes done. Can't beat the price, and they permit you to watch anything you want to watch, and I have been impressed with their meticulous service.
If you have the big ISX you will pay more for sure, but still shouldn't be more than about $400 (almost twice the oil).
