How to install Pressure switch

My pressure switch Spartan #0108-GG3-015 is bad. They want close to $400 to install. The part is only $35.49! Anyone know where this is located and can I replace it? I have a 2014 Aspire.

My guess is that it's brake pressure switch. I would call Spartan to ask where the exact location is. Oftentimes they are mounted on the firewall in the front cap (hard to get to now so I hope not) or on the backside of the parking brake switch. But I would call Spartan to save you some time. Be sure to drain all of the air tanks before you remove it.

I know what it does when it isn't working. The light bar message center shows parking brake not on - trans in neutral and it beeps. This comes on and stays on even when I am moving. After a while it goes off, the radio comes on, the jack control panel lights come on, and there is a sound of the jacks retracting!

What exactly is happening that makes you think you need a new pressure switch? Depending on what you describe it may not be a pressure switch at all but a solenoid that is intermittent. Let me know.

How to install Pressure switch

I believe the pressure switch he is referring to is located behind the yellow park brake button behind the dash. It is screwed into a port of that park brake valve.
The wiring schematic shows a pressure switch that controls the light on the dash that indicates the parking brake is applied.
The two wires going to this switch are:
SP006AA black wire
SP068A Gray wire.

I confirm the location and the wire numbers on our coach with what the schematic shows.

Not saying this is the OPs problem just the location of the switch and wiring id.

I have experience with a switch behind the parking brake control. On two different occasions my size 12eee has knocked a two wire connector loose that caused alarms and warning message that transfer was in gear and park brake was not teleased. The wire connector on left side of parking brake connector behind big yellow button.
Easy fix, just get on you back and slide under dash to reconnect the two wire plug. I finally zip tied the wire connector in place.
Not sure this is OP problem but worth a check.

Yes Jerry may be correct the wires could be pulled from the switch. It's a plug in terminal that has black and gray wires.

I had the Aspire in a Cummins repair shop and I told them what it was doing. They checked it out and said I needed this switch. I know we had a similar problem on our Monaco and it was the switch attached to the brake knob so it would make sense this the location. Thanks for all your help. I will check out all your suggestions as soon as I get the Aspire out of the body shop. Oh did I mention I blew BOTH front tires on my way back from he cummins shop. Again thanks. More to follow

Both front tires? That must have been exciting. Hope not both the same time.

The passenger steer went first on a narrow two lane road. Highway #11 near Interstate 43 by Elkhorn WI. I had to drive a little to find enough room to pull over but got mostly off the road. Roadside service came with a used tire to get me home. After he left I drove maybe 5 miles and the steer tire went. Wow what a noise. I wasn't going more than 50mph so I was able to get to the shoulder of the road better. I was on Interstate 43 now so there was more room also MORE FAST traffic. I called the roadside service truck again and they thought I was kidding. A state trooper waited until the repair truck could return with another tire.
The passenger side front panel is completely missing along with most of the electrical wires the inner and bottom panels. The step came out and will not retract so I had to drive home with that out. Lucky for me I was only 30 miles from a Flying J where we left it overnight. The driver side had less damage. Mostly electrical and ripped the body panel loose. Can't imagine a 2014 coach having both tires blow. I will never buy another Goodyear Tire!!

Thanks for all the help on the switch. I am going to the body shop to check out the info you all gave me. I think I can repair the switch there. Again thanks for all your help.
