My 2019 Entegra Anthem was recently in the shop. They allowed the batteries to deplete. Now the time displayed is incorrect. I've restarted read all the manuals and cannot find out how to reset the time. HELP!

The Vega Touch resets off of the GPS. Must have an outside signal for the GPS.

Chuck is right.

On my 19 Cornerstone, the VegaTouch picks up the time from the GPS unit and periodically updates from the same unit.

You should simply be able to turn on the Dash GPS unit and then in a few minutes the VegaTouch should update and adjust to the same time.

Mine was out of sync when I got my (used) coach. It was off sync by an “odd” time (like 37 min). All sorts of reboots didn’t help. Eventually the dealer fixed it. (Probably through a “back door” tech screen)

Nowadays I’d email Entegra or Riverpark and ask them...

Mine i think i have set it thur the dash radio in tools or something
been awhile since i did is so my memory is very poor about it

Try the menu you there stumble around and i think you can do it.

This is what I do - on the dash screen. Set the time time manually, then set it back to automatic. The system normally picks it up right away.

noticed mine set the time back an hour today by its self and dst is in nov

My 2020 did the same thing plus the winegard razor antenna wouldn’t come on and the gps wouldn’t turn on. Had to reset the 12 volt and everything returned to normal.

Why is it you have to reset so much for 12 Volt problems. for over a year i had to do this a lot while i played with the Vega touch TV inputs

Very good question, although I haven’t really had to do it very much. Last night we were sitting here and suddenly the generator started, generator auto start was not on, at the same time Vega touch went off. When the Vega touch came back up all the a/c units had switched from a/c to heat pump, the diesel burner had turned on and all the lights were on bright. Got the generator shutdown, lights turned off, a/c units back on air, but couldn’t turn off the diesel burner. Finally recycled the 12 volt and got everything back to normal. Haven’t the foggiest idea why that happened, especially the generator starting.

I store in a metal aircraft hanger and loose GPS and Vega Tough time often. Once I open the hanger doors, started the GPS to get a signal, the time on the Vega Touch resets. The loss of time usually happens after storm clouds have been overhead, sunny skies, no problem.
