I've had it about a year now. So far I have had no trouble with it and find it really does as advertised. I don't have jacks and have found I don't miss them

I wrote an article on HWH several years ago, and it was posted in the Entegra Owners newsletter "Rollin Along". We absolutely love the system! Best upgrade we have made to our coach.

HWH Active Air Install

update to my installation,

got back and all is good, the problem now is when the bus is at ride height, it list to the right (passenger side). Contacted HWH, went through the reset process to get the Trim on each side.

The passenger steer was 3/4 lower than the drivers side steer. They couldn't explain it other than maybe the coach isn't square, is that even possible?

going to go back there next summer so they can verify everything.

Those that have the HWH active air have the same problem? is so, what can be done?

thank you

Suzzanne, thinking out loud. Was the coach's ride height trued before the leveling system was installed?

I sent them the specs, so i would hope so, I wasn't there during the installation during the day, the installer was pretty busy.

Interesting to read that your coach is leaning. I have had no issues since leaving HWH 18 months ago. The team at HWH is very particular about what they are doing so having your problem occur surprises me. Are you manually filling the low corner at the shrader valves they installed to see if you can level it off?

There is a way to check the ride height and make sure it is correct. I don't have the documentation with me, but PM Brian8602 (Brian & Julie Ward) ... he has the write up how to do it. Should do it once a year and mine was still perfect last time I checked (this fall). There maybe a chance one of your "levelers or arms" have slipped and that is making it lean but not saying it is "off". That is what happened to me - the arm needed to be pulled back up in the correct position and then tightened so it wouldn't happen again. You can crawl under there and see if the arm is not at the same angle as the opposite side.

Another thought is if you are still in NOLA ... about 3 hours away in Foley Alabama is the shop I use for my Spartan issues (Foley Auto & RV). They fixed the problem I had with my HWH when the tire company broke a very important bracket. Only took them about 2 hours to get it rewelded and adjusted. If they can't easily figure out the problem, they will call HWH and HWH can walk them through possibilities. A whole lot closer than Moscow Iowa!

Here is a picture of the arm that is wrong. See how it is straight and not angled? That is not right. Click image for larger version

HWH Active Air Install

Attached is the picture of the coach at full ride height, you may not be able to see it leaning on the passenger side, but stepping back you can tell. Had the same results on the 20th of July when I verified the Trim line.

I will see if I can get underneath and look at what DebbieMH sent.

My CC Affinity drops the right front when the air brakes are set to make it easier to get in and out. When I release the brake the right front raises. Could yours be the same? What happens when you hit “Auto Air” to level it?
