If the small white thermostat in the basement

controls the heat in the basement, what does that same type of thermostat in the small bathroom control on the Aspire?

It controls the aqua heat. The zones 1 and 3 need to be turned on to furnace, also. Wonderful, quiet heat for your toes.

So that white thermostat controls the FLOOR heating via Aquaheat, and the other thermostat controls the forced air heating?

Can they be used separately?

Thanks again

I got this info from Jacob, in the warranty dept. at the home office. I think you use the heat pump (HP) for the overhead noisy heat that will blow down on you, or the furnace heat that is the Aqua Heat in the floor.

My Travel Supreme has 'heat pump' and 'furnace' settings on the main digital thermostat that also controls AC. Using those different settings switches between overhead heat pump and floor level hydro-hot.

And I have an analog thermostat in the basement to trigger the hydro-hot zone in the basement.

My puzzlement is the analog thermostat in my bathroom tucked back under the cabinets, above the counter, behind the sink....what is it for?

I don't believe that's accurate at least not on Entegra's although I don't think this has changed from the Travel Supreme's. The analog stat above the counter, under the cabinet controls your radiant floor heat. The same analog stat in the storage bays controls the heat to the bays. When the digital stat is placed in "Aqua" mode the temperature of the heat exchangers for the forced air heat is controlled. We have three sources of heat, radiant floors, forced air over heat exchangers and heat pumps.

The roof vent is controlled by the remote control mounted in the holder on the wall.

Becks, you're right! On my 06 TS Select that little analog thermostat runs my bathroom Fan-tastic fan.

OK, I stand corrected. I guess this has changed.
