Weirba, we have a 2016 44A. We made room for pots by removing the trash can. It sits against the wall, then in the 1/2 bath while traveling. Also, we placed the sink covers under the bed (never use them) and use the space for cutting boards. This works for us.

Now that we have the true induction we just had to go through the process of changing out our pots. With the 44A we could not find a good spot for pots, the boss is a great cook and wanted a full set. We decided to give the Magma stackable pots a try, $230 from CW, with ceramica coating. So far they are performing well and get 2 thumbs up.
We have those, and you can get them from Amazon for $180.
I had the same problem with my smallest pot. It works on my portable induction and on my miele induction at the condo. Putting the pot off to the side did not help. Just a little disappointment. My bigger issue is the balance of power between the two burners. Sometimes I want high heat on both burners. But it still easily beats a propane stove IMHO.
