Inverter/Battery Error Message on Vegatouch

We have a 2020 Entegra Anthem. We received this same error message 2 times yesterday about 15 mins apart. Outside temp was about 40 degrees. Presently we are in Texas where the temperatures are daily highs mid 50’s to mid 60’s, with the lows at night in the high 20’s to mid 30’s. We have been running the Diesel Aquahot for heat. The basement heat is about 60 degrees. We have been plugged into shore power.
Not sure if it is the battery temperature sensor is activating or it is an Inverter issue, maybe Vegatouch issue.

I get that every now and then while in storage. I reboot 12v power normally takes care of it.

We had the same message this summer in our 2019 Anthem. Discovered that one house battery had gone bad. Took the temperature and the battery was above 130 degrees, was very warm/hot to the touch, and had a noticeable bulge. I disconnected the heat sensor (telephone type) connection from the batteries to the inverters and put a small house fan blowing on the batteries to help keep them cool. Then, $$$$, I replaced the four house batteries.

Thanks for that input for all of us with newer coaches. It is hard to believe that factory batteries have a life span in many cases of only 2 years. I know I am guilty of not thinking of that, but as more posts like yours come up I will.
Reading the "new" Entegra warranty, batteries no longer fall under the 2 year warranty, they are the battery manufacture's warranty now.
