Inverter problem in Anthem

We noticed we have no power to refrigerator unless we are plugged in or running generator. Looked at inverter panels above entry door and right one looked fine "inverting" but left read "off". I try to start it and then get a fault error "low battery". Reading manual but can't figure what to do. I went back to rear cargo area but cannot see any breaker popped out. Any ideas as to what I should try? I plan to go for a weekend trip and will have power but I could spend Saturday troubleshooting.

Thanks for all advice.

Also have a circuit breaker above driver's seat; however, low battery seems different.

On the command 30 what does it read for the surface charge of the batteries? If that is above, 11.5 then the batteries should not be too low...JMO.

Do the inverters read bulk, absorb, float, or fully charged? If bulk and for more than 20 minutes after you turned the engine off and turned on generator or shore power, you may not be charging the coach batteries well enough during operation. For me, I had the engine heater plugged in and the chassis alternator wasn't charging anything well enough, because the block heater was using everything up. head a similar story today at Entegra about folks that were using a space heater while on the road.

Could also be the settings on the inverter. Mine was set up all screwed up by the dealer during their checks. If that, you'll probably have to talk to a CS person at Entegra: Ted Cook worked through mine with me to get it right.

I am having a similar problem of charging the coach batteries while driving down the road without the generator on. Talking to the expert (Big Mike) here at Spartan, he suggested the battery isolator is not working correctly. While driving without the gen, the alternator sends power to the isolator and it is suppose to choose which set of batteries needs the power, with the chassis batteries having priority.

We have been couriered a new circuit board to install in the problem inverter. Install wont happen for a week to 10 days. Hopefully this corrects the issue.
