I have a 2022 Entegra 31F. When I depart the RV and turn the inverter on it turns off after a few hours. I need this inverter to power my alarm system, puppy temp alarm and modum. I have had a generator auto start system installed which starts the generator on shore power loss or the batteries drain down to a certain level. Can you help? Thank you.

Sounds like you need to look into the gen auto start program to see what battery voltage it's set for .

From your description the auto start voltage is less than the inverter shut down voltage .

Have the batteries been tested ; just because they're new , doesn't mean they're good.

How many house batteries do you have? You may need to add more for what you are trying to do. I also agree you need to turn up your auto gen start settings. Your batteries are going low in charge and the inverter is shutting off. I would change it to 11.8-12.

What is the LBCO (low battery cut out) voltage on the inverter set to? It sounds like it is set too high. To accommodate large draws such as a pot of coffee or short term use of a microwave the LBCO should be set to approximately 11.0v. Also have the auto gen start activate at about 12.0v.
