ipad app

Im signed in ENT, APP how do I track the coach to see actual location thx for any help

Go to the upper right corner and hit the gear button. Then hit update my location. You have to update each time you move. It doesn't track you around the planet. You do have to be signed in with your VIN#.

DW was looking at that on the way to Vegas...said it appeared to be disabled right now...not sure it was working well as I haven't had my coach of the West Coast of Africa. YET!

Pat, where does it say we are now? I used the Update Location button that now shows up in the bottom left of the screen. I think they put out an update to the app recently. There are a lot more pins on the map, too! Guess more of us are using it.

jr...check your vin against the sticker....then send email to CS and ask what vin they show for you...sounds like there's a typo somewhere.

I deleted the app, then downloaded the latest version, entered my vin, and now it has us located correctly.

With all the grumbling on the other thread about Entegra Quality Control I for one am happy that my coach works better than the app. Sheesh, you constantly have to delete it and reload it to make it work.

I am grateful for the entegra app...realize nothing is perfect and will be bringing my iPad to Middlebury this summer. At least my ipad doesn't have to sit in red bay!
