Iphone app unable to connect with wifi (vega)

Today, while winterizing my new baby, I attempted to control the vega touch with my iphone. Unable to connect to the phone to the coaches wifi, I checked and noted there was no power present at either the wifi, dvd player or DTV antenna. All the breakers were on, inverter was on. Am I missing something obvious? DVD, DTV nor the wifi extender would turn on.

Has it ever worked?
Did you buy the Crestron App?
On your WiFi IPhone settings do you see the last 8 digits of your Vin #?
Probably the quickest way to get this resolved is to call Firefly 574-825-4600.

I've had to do two hard resets on the AV devices - the network and the other devices. My TV, DVD and DTV could all be managed by their respective remotes.

Getting into the box to do the hard resets was way high on the frustration scale. It lasted only a week or so and then failed again. My hands aren't ready to try again so we'll let NIRVC/Entegra try to stabilize it. At least we can watch with the remotes.

Hard resets as in unplug and plug back in?

Sorry - probably a poor (incorrect?) choice of words but yes. Unplugged for a short time and then overnight. As I said it worked for few days after overnight experience. Here's a link to a thread dealing with my issues. There are some photos of the various parts of the system which helped me a lot. Also as I noted the AV devics worked - just not the Vegatouch/Network.

Oh - And it worked on the panel.

Okay, have you tried to reboot by turning off the 12 volt switch for about 10 seconds, but you have probably already tried that.

Not sure about Buddy but I did.

or in words - No Joy

(also tried longer than 10 seconds) That was before the hard reboots.

As noted in the other thread, it helps to have four hands the size of a kitten's paw.
