It’s radio screen

Darn spell check... title should be “Xite radio screen”

When my radio/GPS went out Riverpark sent me a new one, no charge. It was a later version than the one I had and I have had good luck with it. The radio and GPS worked fine for me.

Yesterday I was driving and suddenly my GPS display changed. Instead of showing a map, it showed status with current speed, weather, nav info, odometer info, elevation, timers and so on. I had my wife take a picture which didn’t turn out too well but maybe you can see what I am talking about.

When we came to a turn the screen went back to the map, and after the turn was complete it the status screen came back. I kind of liked this display and tried to find it back again but no luck. Is anyone aware of this screen and how to get to it?

Ours is a '15 and has the older model Xite, so ymmv, but to get to that screen from the map screen on ours, press the MPH reading in the black circle in the lower left of the screen. To return from that screen to the map, press the left arrow in the upper right of the screen.

Actually, there are three different versions of that screen with slightly different combinations of information on them. You can step from one version to the other to find the one with the more usable information for you on it. And you can alternate from the standard map screen to the version of that different screen so you can easily go from one to the other with a single press to the screen.

Wow, talk about a hidden menu option... that worked great. Thanks a lot. I never received any manuals with my radios so I needed the help.
