Jack Problem
Have a friend with 2014 Anthem, jacks are down and he can't get them. To come up, when pushing the all retract button nothing happens except a beeping noise. Any ideas???

Try turning the master power switch off for ten seconds, then on again. Might do a reset of the electronics.

Has he tried "auto level" again, then retract?

Just a thought. Run the system as if you were doing a re-level.
Park brake set, ignition key in correct position , system on, then level, I'm assuming auto level here, once that has run through then , go to retract.
Might be worth a try.
Does the coach leveling instructions require the slide in before retracting levelers? Possible slide in sensor not working.
and I see others with the same ideas type faster than I do.

Try tapping the motor lightly. Not too hard he might break the magnets. Sounds like a frozen motor.

Tell your friend there is a dust cover on the end of the motor, it is held in place with two screws. Remove the dust cover and the motor will allow the jacks to retract. If this works he will need to call Entegra and replace the jack motor. I know this makes no sense but usually will do the trick.

I don't like to say this, but it is sounding like a jack motor if the solenoids are clicking. I would try CS hot line.
Two other typed faster than I did and Ahall has been through this before.
