Jacks
Has anyone experienced a problem with deploying the jacks? I ask because after pulling into a new campsite yesterday, which, BTW, is almost perfectly level, and putting out the slides I turned on the Power button on the Stabilizer panel and then hit Auto Level. All 4 lights came on the panel and the jacks did not deploy. Is it possible that they don't deploy if the coach is already level?

We had it happen recently and we hit "All Retract" and after the lights went out, we hit "Auto Level" and it worked. Seems like others may have had/done the same thing. Apparently the circuits think the jacks are already down and recycling solves the issue.

It happens sometimes. Try hitting all retract, it will make a retracting noise for just a second, then hit auto level again. Sometimes a micro switch sticks., If it continues often, then there is a problem.

On ours I hit the "all retract" a second time after raising the jacks. It seems they always lift up a little more, the second time. After doing this, I have never had another problem with lowering them. Worth a try. Good luck.

Concur with advice given above. I have experienced the same thing, and "all retract" has solved the issue each time. Also had to do "all retract" to get the air bags to lift the coach in preparation for travel on our last outing. This would seem to be a defect, but Entegra doesn't seem to think so.

If it was in cold weather the Equalizers do some strange things that never seem to happen in warm weather. Dump valves that stick and micro switch that seem to be "warm weather only" swithces. I just got into the habit of hitting "all retract" whenever the jacks hiccuped and it always solved the problem. Went like that for 10 years as normal operation.

Is it possible they will not deploy if the rig is already level? = YES.
Is there a solution = YES
Read the fine manual for your jacks and MANUALLY deploy them
How to do that varies model to model so you are going to have to RTFM.

Not on this model MH. They will deploy to stabilize a very heavy MH even if already perfectly level and they will do it in "auto level".
I store my MH on a concrete floor that is perfectly level and use the jack in "auto" to take the weight off the tires and suspension.
