jacks down and equalizer pad dead
Does anyone have any experience with no power at equalizer pad? Is there a fuse somewhere? I checked the front left compartment and don't see any fuses labelled for jacks. Thanks for any help.

Try the bathroom fuse panel or try shutting off the 12 v power at the door and reboot the system.

Look on DS just forward of batteries, this is where the motor is, remove the screws and rotate the shaft. The armature will stop on a dead spot sometimes, if this works replace the motor as it is likely to do it again. Hope this helps.

No fuses labelled for jacks in bathroom, rebooted electrical and still no power on keypad. I will call CS in the AM and will post the cure if they have one and it works.

More likely fuse location is in the D1 basement panel area. Pull the fuse box cover off and check the fuses there.

Update: There aren't any fuses in the small compartment below the drivers' seat for this. The fuse is a large fuse (20A) inline near the pump motor. That was OK. CS had Equalizer call me and the problem is diagnosed as a bad computer board the is located near the pump, enclosed in a plastic container. They are sending a board to me, so I will find the container and change the old one for the new when it arrives. Also, for some reason, the pad lit up, and I was able to retract the legs. Then it went dead, and hasn't awaken again. Will update with results when the board gets changed.

The board is on the drivers side behind the battery compartment crawl in the compartment and look up it is mounted on the floor 2 wire connectors and 4 screws. However I would check the connections closely I have seen 2 now that when they were plugged in at the factory they pushed the pins out of the connector. Which caused it to come and go.

UPDATE on leveling jacks (Equalizer)
Dead control pad in the RV was diagnosed as a faulty control board by Equalizer. The RV was at the shop for repairs, so I had them install the new one. The tech said he installed it and it worked for a few seconds, then went dead. Now the light on the control pad just blinks every 10 seconds or so. I will call Equalizer again next week to find out what they can diagnose as the problem. We are leaving next week (southern migration) so will have to live without leveling jacks for the trip.
