Have you removed the cover on the Aqua Hot and checked the hose connections at the motors, etc? Possibly a loose clamp.
Also run your hand under the hose clamps of the hose coming down from the tank to make sure they are dry. What was that hose replaced with and how long ago?

How much boiler fluid are you loosing? The fluid is water based and will evaporate from normal use, but not excessive.

I seem to remember threads from a number of Entegra owners who discovered loose fittings and hose clamps at various heat exchangers.

From my Auga Hot experience the Heat exchanger fittings throughout the coach.i would examine them all . The Boiler fluid is circulated to all those exchangers. They are hidden out of sight and if small enough with the air flow were evaporating or not seen puddles. I would think that would be a std problem not specific to Entegra or any other coach manufacturer, with vibration and movement. Especially if not tightend down properly at install.

Also the ceiling lining in the basement will hold fluid and mask a leak. If you don't find a leak anywhere else I would pull the trays out and crawl in the basement to see if there are any spots of the lining holding fluid. If you find a sag in the lining better get a bucket before puncturing it.

Yup it can leak at pumps and just drip to the ground as there is a vent there just a screen to let the burner breath.
