No beeping from the buttons on the door handle? Should light up at night, and should beep every time you push a button. If it does not, then I would be concerned that there is no power getting to the keypad. Now, I had to program (or watch while my dealer programmed) the keypad to my particular combination as it was not pre-programmed.

And I dont use the key fobs so I cant help you there, but it sounds like it all is related.

My 2015 has a 10 amp fuse for the keyless entry located in the front driver-side compartment.

Mine were dead also at delivery. I had to read in the manual how to make the electronic lock "learn" them again. My guess is if someone does extensive maintenance and disconnects the chassis battery the door module goes stupid. Either call CS or look in the manual. The electronic brain is under the faux wood oval panel on the top of the right dashboard. It is held in place with Velcro. Make sure you have a partner with inside the coach when you program the box in case you get mess d up in the programming steps.

Thanks for the suggestions, will proceed to get resolved. Our new problem is that each time we opened the door using the key, the alarm activated. Our thinking is that to resolve the keypad issue we need to disarm the alarm. Does anyone know how to do that?
We so appreciate the help!

Try unlocking the door with the buttons above the bed. That will shut off the alarm if it is programed correctly.

CS provided me with this wiring diagram for the alarm control box in the dash. If you want to kill your alarm totally, simply unplug the wires coming from the Aux I/O connector going to the siren.
