Kinked Aquahot hose

After reading on the all the posts on the aquahot floorheat I decided to check out our floorheat. I set up electric and propane turned the thermostats up to 75 and left it overnight. The coach was warm, however the floor in the front room was cold and the forward floor radiators were blowing cold air. Based on an earlier post I removed the lower right kitchen drawer and inspected the hoses. On the outside of the cabinet a 3/4" hose runs vertically down the cabinet and in a very sharp turn, comes into the cabinet base. It is at that point the hose has collapsed and restricted the fluid flow. It is a very tight radius turn and should have had a 90 degree angle fitting installed. Its pretty tight quarters under there , however I think I can install the 90 degree fitting and and add a little length to make the system better... Great information on this forum !

Today I installed two ninety degree fittings on the aquahot hoses discussed above. After replacing the first hose I decided to do the second hose even though it was not kinked to the point of stopping the flow of boiler fluid. I added about three inchs of addition length to decrease the tension on the hoses as the kitchen slider moves in an out...The job took about an hour,,,Thirty dollars for the fittings and hoses, about a pint of boiler fluid was lost......

How did you catch the boiler fluid?
