La Mesa RV

Does anyone know how to get a hold of someone of authority at La Mesa RV in Mesa AZ? I've spent 37 days after taking delivery of used 2020 Entegra that has a leveler issue, that the Dealership agreed to fix. Despite numerous calls to the Dealership that have never been returned and several trips to the Dealership where I was told by the Service Manager and the Sales Manager I'd be contacted the next day, I've yet to hear from them. The part is less than $300, the time to replace is nominal. We're leaving the area in a week and I'm beyond frustrated. So if you have any ideas on how to get this addressed, I'd appreciate it.

Did you contact the other La Mesa dealer here to see if they could help?

Any other Entegra dealers in the area that will do warranty work?

You should still be under the 2 year Warranty thru Entegra, contact them for approval to have it repaired at a qualified facility such as NIRVC in either Surprise Az. or NIRVC in LasVegas NV. You don't mention where the Coach is currently located but your signature line shows Boise Id.

Make sure to get it approved through Middlebury to have a non-dealer work on the coach..... Middlebury needs to have a clear understanding of what is proposed and what they will authorize and the cost.

Sounds exactly like the experience I've had with the La Mesa here in Port St Lucie, FL. Can't ever get anyone to actually set up a service appointment. Lots of promises but no action.

Call and ask for the general manager, that normally gets thing rolling as they all work for him.

LaMesa Port St Lucie, FL

LaMesa in Port St Lucie is great on sales but short on service. Getting an appointment for service is a nightmare and once it is there ~ well the few days will turn into weeks. So frustrated with the service!

La Mesa

Update. I tracked down an email address to contact customer service, more like a snipe hunt. After describing my issues and the timeline, I received emails and phone calls apologizing for the experience and to schedule an appointment. They showed up on time and fixed the problem. Jay Castro was my contact at La Mesa RV in Mesa, who got it done

Glad to hear it, Ziggy!

Unfortunately the nearest RV dealership to me is a La Mesa (Dublin or Fremont).
Maybe they're one of the better ones & then again, maybe not...
