Ladder suggestions?
Since my 14 Anthem has no ladder, do any of you have any recommendations for good foldable ladders that will fit in the basement of the coach?

I carry a 15.5 foot telescoping ladder ordered from Home Depot. That length provides a safer transition to and from the roof top. It stores nicely on edge against x-bracing. I put a c-clamp on the frame that the ladder lies against to keep it from falling flat. I also carry a folding step stool that stores with the ladder.

My Dutch Star also does not have a ladder so I carry one of these. It actually fits in the front of my coach right in front of the generator thus not taking up space in the basement storage.

Got this Little Giant on Amazon about 8 months ago. I love it. Collapses and stores easily in basement. Plenty of height to get on top of the coach. I believe Costco carries them, too.

Harbor Freight has a 17’ tall aluminum ladder for right around $125. I used to weigh 240 and felt safe and solid on the ladder (I’m a bird like 208 now) It folds into 4 sections, and it will sit vertically on its side between the first and second basement slides in your coach. You can wire it to stay up but in ~3 years my ladder never moved.
You want at least 17 total feet in ladder length/height as this will give you handholds on the ladder as you step from the ladder to the coach roof, or more importantly, from the coach to the ladder. It is half the price of the little giant, just as strong, and works great on an Entegra coach. Put it up behind the bedroom slides either side (don’t walk on the slide) (don’t lean on the back end cap) leaning it against the drip rail or the Girard awning “can” if the slide is in.

Pour a tall cold one, there are as many suggestions as Entegras on the road. The telescopic worked best for me storage wise.

Same here - works great, and is easy to store/remove for use. Thanks,

Buy a lawn chair hook to hang it on if you have a ladder built onto the RV.
I had our Little Giant powder coated for $100 to match the RV. It has held up amazingly through very rough use.

Ladder suggestions?
I carry a telescopic ladder and a 4x4 folding ladder, both with different needs but covers any job from roof to windshield and takes up very little space in the basement.

Interesting storage location. Tomorrow will have to move the gen tray out and see if the Entegra can accommodate one.

Do you possibly have a photo of the ladder while stored in Gen compartment?

I believe that Little Giant makes a ladder that is collapsible that can extend to close to 13 feet in an A configuration. Have any of you gone that route?
