I also use SnapPads. If I'm parking on gravel or asphalt or the ground is softer, I use 3/4" treated plywood. I bought two 2' X4' sheets and cut them in half so that I have 4 2'x2' sheets, one for each pad. Haven't had a problem sinking in with this setup.

If you're going from a Jayco Seneca to a Cornerstone, you're going to be significantly heavier. I have a Newmar King Aire and I won't even drive, let alone park, on soft ground. I've seen too many RVs needing pulled out to even risk it. I get out and walk an area that's gravel and never park on grass. It may be solid when you park but heavy rains can change that quickly. I carry 4-12x12 2 inch thick blocks to put under the jacks, but that's to protect asphalt and such. Snap-Pad doesn't make my size, yet, otherwise I'd use them.

Landing pad

I build some 12x18” with 1 1/8” plywood on each side of 2x4”. If I’m not using them for the jacks they work good for leveling the coach before using the jacks.also can be used if I get stuck. Try that with your snap pads.
I carry them on my trailer with a hook that I use to push them under the jack. They have a piece of rope on them to pull them out.

For the guy who uses a piece a plywood but sure that u have a way to pull them out of the mud because they will sink & u will have to pry them out.

That was the nice part about installing the Snap Pads was eliminating the carrying part of the boards. I carried boards for years, now a foldable ebike fits in that space in the basement. Nothing wrong with those that want to continue to use boards, but if I need mine again, I probably shouldn't have had the Cornerstone there to begin with.

Also with the air leveling system the OP's Cornerstone has, bad jack placement location can be eliminated.......don't need to use the jacks, which is really a nice feature.

I haven't bent down to install or retrieve pads since. I freed up half of a storage bay not hauling pads anymore. I wish they would have had these years ago.
I purchased Snap Pads as well. They work great!

I use 1' square pieces of solid 2by lumber. I don't think I would use even treated plywood on the ground exposed to water with thousands of pounds of pressure on it.
