Tom Johnson's no longer exists, other than the name on the sign. They've gone full on Camping World.

I solicited six bids on our new coach. They were high, and not by a little, by $45k! The sales rep tried to tell me the others "...must have made a mistake". My last service visit I was charged a second time for what I'd already paid them to fix once just a few weeks prior (they replaced a part the first time that obviously was not the problem).

Their campground remains a good value, but we've done our last business, otherwise, with Tom Johnson's.

But changing an organization that is as large and entrenched as the are is extremely difficult. That's why they've made so many leadership moves.

It's going to take time for their organization to pivot and improved service to become evident. I was well-pleased with my last service appointment with LD. I felt they moved through the process expeditiously, and I was well informed throughout the process.

Time will tell if the changes stick, but kudos for their moves so far.

If they didn't do some changing NIRVC and a couple of others was going to put them out of business. Funny how the free market works when it's allowed to. Noel
