Leaking entrance door causing deterioration

My entrance door has always leaked since I bought my new 2012 Aspire, causing the first step in the coach to be wet. No repair has solved the problem. The coach is exposed to the elements four months a year, and now I have a sagging step and the ceramic tile is loose. Anyone have this same situation? What to do?

Here is an excellent post, step by step with photos done by a contractor. It is a long post rebuilding a 2011. the steps was the first project. IIRC he answered a lot of questions throughout the post. https://www.irv2.com/forums/f278/201...up-490915.html
Post #1, 21 and 62 are photos of the step rebuilding. There might be more, that is were I am now reading the post.

I forgot what a great post that was. Well worth reading for any new Classic owners on what to watch out for maintenance wise and the the aftermath if let go.

Chuck, thanks for pulling that post back up. I forgot how much good info Mark put together in his rebuild.[emoji106]

Stopping water intrusion from the top down, sealing lights and any areas where EC drilled holes will make the time you spend doing your repair worth it.
