I bought them on Amazon and installed them myself. If your coming to the RV Super Show in Tampa I'll be parked with the ECOA Pat Bauer's group. Check them out I bought two sets but used only three 16.4ft strips

Did you attach the strips to the outside metal and reinforce with anything extra besides the stick-em strip? I have a couple rolls that came with a remote control (twelve different colors) but hesitant to put on permanently.

Here's a pic of mine. The grand kids love it particularly they can play with all animation functions using the remote.

For anyone considering this project I would recommend two things. First set it up with a RF remote as it will work through walls and windows without line of sight. The IR remotes need line of sight. Second install a step down regulator as these LED like a constant 12 volts.

I did one strip under my automatic awning. Works great with the awning open or closed. Now I do not have to take down my lights there up all the time. I Velcroed the remote just inside the door so its easy to grab. JR
