Has anybody upgraded them? Any recommendations? I see big rig chrome stores have tons of options, but no idea of any of them will work for this coach.

According to DOT regulations, they have to be reflectors as well. Years ago, they were only lights and flashed along with the turn signals which worked quite well. Then Entegra changed to just marker lights with reflectors that didn't flash. Quite a few owners, including myself, were pretty unhappy about this, especially since the turn signals down low on just the front of the coach leave a lot to be desired in visibility.
Your coach "should" have their latest style which are reflectors, markers, and signals all in one. I haven't looked in a few years, but at that time there weren't too many options that had all 3 in one assembly.
As far as what will "work" any LED light will hook up and operate, each light has power and ground ran to it. If you are looking for an absolute "plug in" swap option, you will likely need to stick with what Entegra installed. However, simple water proof butt connectors are relatively cheap and quite easy to install with the proper crimp tool, which opens the field up to most LED's
Edit: After Entegra changed my side lights to the interim non flashing marker / reflector LED's, I changed my '17 Anthem to bright LED marker / flasher lights which made the coach MUCH more visible to lane changes. I was always going to install a separate reflector above or below each light but never got around to it.
I'm not overly impressed with the visibility of the flasher / turn signals on my side markers, but haven't found something yet that I'd like to replace them with.
I've often thought a BRIGHT LED flasher on the bottom of the Mirror Arm would be a great idea for visibility instead of just the marker light that is installed now. Maybe I'm wrong, but I feel I have been in numerous situations in traffic where the other people didn't realize I was trying to turn (but needed them to move first due to the size of the coach) because the turn signals just aren't that visible at the front of the coach, especially from a quartering front / side view.
