Letter from Joyce, new CS addition

Quote:
In an effort to provide our customers with the best service possible, we have started a new program here when you visit us for service appointments. Instead of just a small question and answer session, we are setting aside the entire day (usually on Tuesdays) for teaching on everything Entegra. The class will be led by PJ Clanton, who is one of our senior technical folks and has more knowledge on the product than anyone I know. You will be amazed at what you will learn and our goal is that you are far smarter when you leave than when you came. If any of you have been to the Spartan/Entegra classes, you already know that PJ will provide very informative information and you won’t want to miss this opportunity to gather more. What better opportunity to reach out to our customers with this training than when you are here for service? We know it will be worthwhile and we hope you think so too!
This is just part of the letter that I think we probably all got. I continue to be impressed with Entegra CS. Those of you who haven't met PJ will love him. Very funny guy in a nerdy kinda way, and like Joyce says in her letter, maybe the most knowledgeable person on Entegra anywhere.

I was so relieved that it was not a retirement letter, scare me at first. She would be missed to no end. I am looking forward to a "day with PJ" What a great boost for an already great CS.

A great idea. We can all learn. PJ has helped me a few times on the phone and he always had the correct info for me. Hope they serve lunch.

Hmm, we've never received a letter from Entegra. Perhaps it's because our PDI is not scheduled until June, '17. I know they have our address as its listed on their website.

Currently at Entegra for our 2 year PDI. PJ conducted a class for us as Joyce outlined, absolutely fabulous! He spent as much time as we needed on virtually any subject you desired. He did put emphasis on the electrical system including inverters, generator, batteries, and surge protection. The was a detailed discussion of the Aquahot system and how to get the most out of it. He also conducted a factory tour and got a look at the new 2017 units coming of the line. Some really nice new touches and features to see. Started at 8:30 and ran all day, with a break for lunch. PJ did a wonderful job, keeping it entertaining and informative - never boring. If you are here for service, don't miss out on this seminar!

We just got back from our PDI and our day with PJ. It was great. He's such a smart guy. Its going to be called "Tuesday's with PJ" and Joyce is serving donuts instead of pancakes. I'm sure the pancakes will be missed but the donuts were fantastic too..! We were in the customer service lounge for a morning session and then a factory tour. Lunch was a hour plus break and on our own and then back in the lounge for an afternoon session. PJ had a power point slide that he followed but its open to back and forth question and answers of course. Its a great addition to an already fantastic customer service experience..!

It wasn't actually a letter. It went out electronically and I would guess if you didn't get it they either have the wrong e-mail or its in your spam folder. Noel
